✨SHIPPING POLICY✨

I ship using Italian national service (Poste Italiane); if a different vector is used, you will receive notification of it via email.


PRIORITY NO TRACKING

The standard service I ship with is PostePriority International: this service usually (see * for more info) grants fast enough delivery all around the world*; it has no tracking option.


REGISTERED MAIL with TRACKING**

The registered mail (Raccomandata Internazionale) is the service I use for tracked mail. Though usually a little slower than the Priority Mail*, it allows to monitor the shipping and requires a signature at delivery or a proof from the destination office operator (else it will be remain in office storage or delivery point).

**NOTE: not all destination have the TRACKING option (those destinations simply won’t see the tracked option appear in their shipping choices).

⚠️⚠️⚠️*the Estimated Delivery Time is based on Poste Italiane statistics; unfortunately, many factors beyond my control can affect possible delays. When this happens, I really appreciate your patience and understanding.⚠️⚠️⚠️

I’m constantly working on improving the shipping service, thanks alto to your feedbacks and requests. If your country is not in the list below, feel free to contact me: I will be very happy to find a solution.

Buyers are responsible for contacting the postal services about any delays or issues once the package is in transit. It is your responsibility to contact the postal service and/or visit your local postal office to pick up the package.

Pritority International do not allow a tracking and the code will fail to give you extra information (mostly it will be stuck on "processing in Italy" even if the package has left the borders. Registered mail can be monitored via poste.it or any tracking engine.

Buyers outside Italy: unfortunately I have no control over the delivery once the package enters the postal system. Priority mail code isn't useful for tracking, If your package is stuck in customs or delayed, you will have to contact the postal service as it will be out of my hands.

Buyer will be responsible for any customs fee.

As I am a small, one-person shop, I do not offer refunds or accept returns. If your item gets damaged or lost during shipping, please reach out to me so we can find the best solution possible. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and I will do my best to address it.
