SHIPPING POLICY


I ship via Poste Italiane, the Italian postal service; if a different vector is used, you will receive notification of it via email.

I will be using mainly 2 services:
- For Italy: Poste Delivery Web;
- International: Posteminibox Exprés;
Both services include a tracking to destination.

*the Estimated Delivery Time is based on Poste Italiane statistics. Many factor beyond my control or impossible to predict can affect delays (but also advances).

Buyers are responsible for contacting the postal services about any delays or issues once the package is in transit. It is your responsibility to contact the postal service and/or visit your local postal office to pick up the package.

Buyer will be responsible for any customs fee.

As I am a small, one-person shop, I do not offer refunds or accept returns. If your item gets damaged or lost during shipping, please reach out to me so we can find the best solution possible. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and I will do my best to address it.

I really appreciate the support I receive also though placed orders; at the same time I want to make sure that people understand that I’m a single person, not a big company or automatic service. If you choose me - as tons of many artists like me - you choose handmade, hand-manufactured, hand-cared. Minor discrepancies are the proof of uniqueness and originality, not flaws.
