These bookmarks are handmade and are composed of 2 layers of printed paper (Hugh Quality) glued together and then covered with a holo/transparent sticker foil; foil is heath sealed multiple times for better resistance.
This said, I recommend you to treat them with a little care so they can live a happy and longer life inside your current reading!
